A short term rental agreement with an option to buy is made between you and the optionee/prospective buyer. The optionee will give you a non-refundable option consideration deposit.

2) Qualified Buyers

After a 6 or 12 month period, the optionee will have the option to buy your property. The optionee will need to have maintained good credit by remaining current with all of their bills. Rent Augusta Maine will play an active role with all parties involved.
