Dock not shown in pics but does include one.  No mooring available but a boat can be tied to the dock.  Take special note of the public boat launch area that is practically at your doorstep!  Great fishing and great boating area with very little algae blooms in the summer. Fishing variety consists of big and small mouth bass, perch, and other types.

Alewife tend to run heavy in the springtime and if you are a winter enthusiast this rental unit is located ON the ITS 85 snowmobile trail!  Fireplace equipped and okay to use if rented during the winter; off-season periods.
