Second floor of a 2-unit in the country; lots of yard space.  This unit has it's own private entryway that is separate from the rest of the building.  Newly built by hand and well insulated for heat purposes and sound proof between floors.  Front load washer and dryer is approximately two years old and is included in the rental.  Full kitchen with dishwasher.  French doors between the kitchen and living room.  Bedrooms are very good sized with plenty of closet space.  Very clean and well maintained.  Does not include the heat or lights.  Heat and light usage approximatlely $50-$75/month!!!!! (depending on family size and usage we have data that it is less for actual costs)  No pets and No smoking VERY FIRM!  One month's rent and one month's security deposit.

Sleeps 4 - 5.  ECONOMY FRIENDLY!  The second level of the cabin has a loft bedroom with a full size futon bed and one twin air mattress to accommodate two to three persons.  Downstairs on the main level is a master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and 3/4 bath.

Situated on Webber Pond and positioned to enjoy unbelievable sunrises (click to see pics).  You will be awestruck with the lush amount of wildlife here at this location.  Wildlife consists of beaver, eagles, osprey, and loons. Be sure to bring your binoculars as there is an abundance of wild bird variety that shares the property site while you rent.

The shoreline is very close to the cabin allowing for spectacular water views from every room.  Relax on the deck to enjoy all the water offers.  Dock equipped and considered a good swimming location but no sandy, shallow beach area making it for unfavorable conditions for very young ones to swim.

No mooring available but a boat can be tied to the dock.  Take special note of the public boat launch area that is nearby.  Great fishing and great boating area with very little algae blooms in the summer. Fishing variety consists of big and small mouth bass, perch, and other types.

Equipped with two single-person, fishing type Old Town kayaks.  Floatation devices and life jackets available.  Cabelas fire pit capability lakeside, two Cabelas chaise lounging chairs, two Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor use and comfort.
